Based on your requirements, we choose the most suitable manufacturing method and perform structural optimization so that the chosen material and method reduce production costs and improve quality.

During the design phase, we:

- Compare alternative materials and production methods.

- Estimate the budget for each main solution.

- Present several design variants for you to choose from.

- Create initial, non-functional demonstration prototypes.

PHASE 2 – Clear budget, clear plan

We present the design results and review them together with you.

After this discussion, we provide a clear, detailed budget and a price proposal for manufacturing the device.

PHASE 3 – Prototype in your hands

If you accept the budget, we proceed to build a prototype of the device according to the agreed scope and cost.

You receive a physical prototype that matches the design and budget defined in the earlier phases.

You can involve us at any stage of your project and freely combine any of our phases or services to fit your needs.

We can also step in to troubleshoot or improve an already ongoing or completed project.
